This process uses less oil and preserves the natural color and nutrients of fresh produce. DJ&A Pickle-Licious is a tasty snack made with sliced cucumbers. It has up to 55% less fat than traditional potato chips and is a good source of dietary fiber. It contains no added MSG, no genetically modified vegetables, and no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives and is made in seed oil.
